Maritime migrants seize tanker: piracy or self-defense?

The World

Drama on the high seas today. A group of migrants adrift in the Mediterranean Sea was rescued by a passing oil tanker. Host Marco Werman speaks with professor of maritime law, Martin Davies, at Tulane University.
