Japan has one of the oldest populations in the world and that means not enough young workers to power its economy. The government has a plan to deal with this demographic crisis: It involves getting more women into work, bringing in migrant workers, though not many and also… robots.  But are robots actually ready to take our jobs? The BBC’s Stephanie Hegarty reports.
