Imelda Marcos’ Picasso suggests the Marcos family is unrepentant

The Guinness Book of World Records called it the “greatest robbery of a government.” Ten billion dollars, looted from the Philippines in the 1970s and ‘80s by the country’s former president Ferdinand Marcos and his wife, Imelda. Investigators are still trying to track down all of that ill-gotten wealth. Emboldened by a political revival, the family now appears to be flaunting its wealth — even showing off a painting possibly worth more than $100 million. The World’s Patrick Winn reports.
