Guatemalans don’t agree on the merits of their country’s new asylum agreement with Washington. Reporter Emily Green has been talking with Central American lawmakers and diplomats about the deal that will make asylum-seekers ineligible for protection in the US if they’ve traveled through Guatemala first and didn’t apply for asylum there. Green talks with host Marco Werman.
