Fire kills sailors on Russian submersible

A Russian submarine is back in port on Tuesday after a fire killed 14 sailors on board. Russian news reports describe the vessel as a nuclear-powered minisubmarine. The sub is now in Severomorsk, the far northern base of Russia’s Northern Fleet. The BBC’s Olga Ivshina tells The World’s host Marco Werman the latest.
