Fed up with cross-border sewage seeping in from Mexico, the next move is to sue

Tijuana’s aging, broken water treatment facility means that raw sewage is flowing into the Pacific Ocean, polluting California beaches. Environmentalists say they will sue the US federal agency in charge of preventing this from happening if the problem isn’t fixed. Eric Anderson of KPBS in San Diego reports that the pollution has made the beaches unfit for humans.
