Europe moves to the right in its immigration policy

After years of debate, the European Union has reached an agreement on reforms designed to share the cost of hosting migrants and refugees, and limit the numbers of people coming in to the bloc. Separately, the French Parliament passed a strict immigration reform law which has the endorsement of French far-right leader Marine Le Pen. Marco Werman explores both developments with Camille Le Coz, associate director and senior policy analyst with the Migration Policy Institute Europe.
