Dominican-Haitian border wall in the works

The Dominican Republic and Haiti share the Caribbean island of Hispaniola — and a 234-mile border. Now, that border is changing. The president of the Dominican Republic, Luis Abinader, has ordered the construction of a new concrete and steel border fence. The World’s Monica Campbell reports on the controversy about that plan, which is adding to an already complex relationship between the two countries.
