A study published last week found that 90% of COVID-19 transmissions have occurred in areas with a temperature between 37 and 63 degrees Fahrenheit. Does that mean the novel coronavirus may not spread as easily in hotter temperatures? It’s a question that’s being investigated as the pandemic wreaks havoc around the globe. Marco Werman talks about the evidence for and against it with Bill Hanage, an epidemiologist at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
