Cyclone Freddy formed in the Indian Ocean on Feb. 6 and now it’s spinning into the history books as the longest-lived tropical storm in recorded history: 33 days and still counting. Freddy has already hit Madagascar and Mozambique, and it’s hurtling back towards Mozambique, again.
