COVID-19 and living with a disability

There are 1 billion people around the world living with a disability, and COVID-19 has disproportionately impacted them. South Korea’s first coronavirus deaths back in February took place in the psychiatric unit of a hospital. That revived a longstanding call in South Korea for people with disabilities to be moved out of institutions and placed in community care. Jason Strother reports from Seoul.
