Congressional delegation appalled by conditions at migrant centers

Delegates from Congress have accused the Customs and Border Protection agency of sanitizing conditions in migrant detention facilities ahead of their visit. They said conditions were still appalling, but said migrants had told them how they were only allowed to clean themselves before the representatives arrived. Judy Chu, a Democrat from California who was disgusted by what she saw and heard.
