That’s what brought the winning bidder, the Chinese Rolling Rail Stock Corporation, or CRRC, to Springfield — where it’s providing good-paying manufacturing jobs in a city that desperately needs them. But now the future is uncertain— thanks to President Donald Trump’s escalating trade war with China. Reporter Adam Reilly has more.
