For Buddhists, the image of Buddha is sacred. It makes perfect sense, Buddha is the founder of Buddhism. Observant Buddhists often kneel before statues of what they view as the enlightened one. In the West though, the image of Buddha is sometimes used in far less reverential ways. One woman in Thailand has seen examples of this for years and thought it was blasphemous, so she decided to do something about it. The World’s Patrick Winn reports.
