Bias against women continues to be widespread and chronic

A new UN report reveals that a staggering 25% of the global population believes it is justified for a man to beat his wife. The finding is one of many that, together, show bias against women is a widespread problem. Host Marco Werman speaks with Raquel Lagunas, United Nations Development Program head of gender equality, about the report, which is based on data from the World Values Survey, that showed how globally 9 out of 10 men and women continue to hold some sort of bias against women.
