US crews have located pieces of the balloon shot down off the coast of South Carolina earlier this month. In the last week, four more objects were shot down by the US military. And China is now accusing the US of conducting its own balloon espionage, which Washington has denied. Speaking to The World’s host Marco Werman, Tom Karako, senior fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, says balloon technologies will change military strategy.
