Baby formula shortage ‘thanks to global trade policy’

For weeks now, baby formula has been hard to find in some US states. Pandemic supply chain issues and a Michigan plant shutdown are partly to blame. But Scott Lincicome, director of general economics and trade for the Cato Institute, tells The World’s Marco Werman that global trade policy is also responsible for the crisis.
