Assange ruling highlights conditions of US prison system

A British judge ruled today that WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange should not be extradited to face trial in the United States. The reason given was that his precarious mental health would likely deteriorate further under the conditions that he would face in a US prison. Marco Werman speaks with American attorney Tor Ekeland about other cases where US extraditions were halted over human rights concerns.
