Across the US, refugee resettlement agencies and volunteers are facing a historic moment as tens of thousands of Afghans begin arriving in the US. Many will head to parts of the country with Afghan American communities, including Los Angeles, Virginia, New York City, Seattle and the San Francisco Bay Area.
