Monday night, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced that he had signed a Russian-brokered settlement to end the war in Nagorno-Karabakh. This deal came after six weeks of fighting in the region, and as the deal stands, Azerbaijan comes out of this conflict with territorial gains.
