After a summer of protests and arrests, Moscow heads to polls for city elections

Ever since officials barred opposition candidates from running for the local elections in Moscow earlier this summer, protesters set up unsanctioned demonstrations. More than 2,000 people have been arrested, including most of the opposition candidates. A new Moscow mayor is supposed to be elected this weekend. Host Marco Werman speaks with reporter Charles Maynes in Moscow to help make sense of all this.
