Plenty of us dreads the morning commute. So, we tune into the traffic report to help us get to work on time. But people in the Haitian capital of Port-au-Prince often face more than just traffic jams. They’re worried about protests, street violence and a rise in kidnappings. To avoid those things, many Haitians rely on one popular long-time Haitian traffic reporter. The World’s Monica Campbell tagged along with him on a recent morning.
