Court orders Shell to slash global emissions

A Dutch court has ruled that the oil giant Shell must  bring its global emissions in line with the Paris climate targets and cut its emissions 45% by 2030. The World’s Carol Hills talks with Peer de Rijk, the senior policy officer at Friends of the Earth Netherlands, which initiated the case against Shell.
