Spain now has more than 47,000 cases of the coronavirus; 3,434 people have died. In Madrid, many hospitals are at a breaking point. But the country is coming up with some creative solutions to treat the sick and keep the virus from spreading further. Jennifer O’Mahony has more from the Spanish capital.
