With low wages, Venezuela’s public sector workers scramble to get by

Hyperinflation has stopped in Venezuela, with most of the economy switching informally to the US dollar. But for many people, getting by is still extremely difficult, especially for the public sector workers who still get paid by the government in the local currency. Manuel Rueda reports from the capital Caracas on the creative ways several Venezuelan school teachers are supplementing their incomes.
