Doctors Without Borders has asked the Geneva-based International Humanitarian Fact-Finding Commission to investigate the US air strike on their hospital in Kunduz in northern Afghanistan on October 3rd. The strike left 22 people dead. There are problems, though: the commission has never carried out an investigation.
