The Sundance Kid

Robert Redfordhas been a household name since 1969 when Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid made him a star and the sensitive-hunky heartthrob of a generation. He drew further acclaim as a director, with Ordinary People, Quiz Show, and A River Runs Through It. And 25 years ago, Redford opened up the landscape of American cinema creating the Sundance Institute to help develop and support the work of independent filmmakers. Kurt talks with Redford about all his careers.
