Indian tycoons to face telecom probe panel

Indian tycoons Ratan Tata and Anil Ambani will appear before a parliamentary committee investigating a multi-billion dollar telecom scandal, according to the BBC.

With India's oft-feted industrialists increasingly facing comparisons to the so-called Robber Barons of America's Gilded Age, Tata and Ambani have said they welcome the opportunity to clear the air about their companies' alleged involvement in the so-called "2G telecom spectrum scam."
