One L. Goh, accused of a fatal shooting rampage at an Oakland Christian college, has been charged with seven counts of murder.

Goh, 43, was charged Wednesday with three counts of attempted murder, CBS reported.

The charges come a day after a memorial service was held for the victims killed execution-style on Monday at Oikos University, a small religious college.

"We realize that at this time we have to draw together, uniting for peace, praying for peace in our city, and praying to stop the violence," said a woman who introduced various parts of the service, according to CNN.

Goh surrendered to authorities Monday, an hour after the attack.

Police say that Goh admitted to bringing a .45-caliber handgun to Oikos and four magazines of ammunition, CBS reported, citing court documents.

According to the LA Times, the a former student at the school had apparently returned to Oikos on Monday to settle a score.

Authorities have still not found the weapon Goh allegedly used in the killings, CNN reported.

Goh is being held without bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in Oakland Superior Court at 2 p.m. Wednesday, the LA Times reported.

He also faces a special circumstance allegation of multiple murders that could make him eligible for the death penalty, CBS reported, though it wasn't clear if prosecutors would seek it.

"The enormity and devastation of these crimes is unprecedented in Alameda County," Dist. Attorney. Nancy E. O'Malley reportedly said in a statement. "My office will work tirelessly to ensure that this defendant is brought to justice.
