Mary Kennedy found dead

Mary Kennedy, the estranged wife of Robert Kennedy Jr., was found dead Wednesday in the Kennedy home in Westchester, New York.
She reportedly committed suicide.
In a statement released through their lawyer, Mary Kennedy's family said,"We deeply regret the death of our beloved sister Mary, whose radiant and creative spirit will be sorely missed by those who loved her. Our heart goes out to her children who she loved without reservation. We have no further comment at this time."
According to ABC News, Bedford, N.Y., police responded to the Kennedy home in Mount Kisco, N.Y., at 1:36 p.m. today to investigate a "possible unattended death," according a news release.
In part the release read, "Responding officers confirm that a deceased individual has been located inside an out building on that property. At this time, the Bedford Police Department is not releasing the identity of that individual until notification to family members has been made."
This has been a difficult time for Mary Kennedy. According to The Guardian, she was charged with driving while intoxicated in May 2010, when she was pulled over with a blood alcohol level of .11. One week prior to her DUI, police responded to two calls of domestic assault at the Kennedy home. In the same week her husband Robert Kennedy Jr. filed for divorce. Three months later she was charged with a second DUI.
Kennedy Jr. is the son of former Sen. Robert Kennedy and the nephew of President John F. Kennedy.
Mary Kennedy was 52. The couple had four children together.
