Google unveils special Thanksgiving Turkey

Google’s known to have a bit of fun with its homepage site every now and then, and it’s no different for this year’s Thanksgiving in the United States.
Visitors can customize their Thanksgiving turkey by hairstyle, feathers and footwear, with countless different combinations and 12 secret outfit bonuses that unlock if guessed correctly.

The turkey doodle is the Internet company's ode to the US chilhood tradition of making hand versions of the bird. Google wrote on their official blog:
"Creating hand turkeys remains one of my favorite elementary school memories—glue on the table, colorful feathers stuck to your sleeve and glitter everywhere. This year, you have the option to skip the actual mess involved with making these classic Thanksgiving decorations and craft a unique turkey from the comfort of the Google homepage."
Google has had other memorable special logos – Google doodles that often commemorate special days, people and events – including their version of PacMan.
