Gay rights supporters celebrate DOMA and Prop 8 Supreme Court rulings
The US Supreme Court struck down the Defense of Marriage Act on Wednesday, ruling it unconstitutional.
The court also said supporters of California's gay marriage ban had no standing to bring the case to court, paving the way for same-sex marriages to resume in California.
