El Salvador denies sick woman an abortion

An international court has urged El Salvador to allow an abortion for a woman whose severely deformed fetus has put her life at risk, though the country has yet to budge on its anti-abortion law.

El Salvador does not allow abortions under any circumstances; the woman has been allowed to have an early C-section instead.
