Colorado gets little relief as floodwaters continue to rise

GlobalPost

Colorado residents are getting little rest from the floodwaters that are soaking a part of the state the size of Connecticut.

More storms are forecast to sweep across the state throughout the weekend bringing even more rain to the flooded ground.

Days of torrential rain have kept thousands out of their homes and killed at least four people.

More than 170 people are still unaccounted for in the Boulder area but not yet considered missing, Boulder County Sheriff Joe Pelle said Saturday.
