Clashes between protesters and riot police continued in Turkey as anti-government demonstrations entered their fourth day.

Some protesters threw fire bombs at the offices of the AK Party in the port city of Izmir, while barricades littered the streets of the capital, Istanbul.

Reuters reported that roads around Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan's office were sealed off as police pushed protesters back on Monday.
