Seeing The News: While many in the northern hemisphere are dressing in warm layers and digging out from feet of snow, take a mental trip for one moment to Malaysia where it's in the 80s today.

To help with your mental journey, soak in the shot from photographer Joshua Paul who captured this gem at the Thaipusam festival in Kuala Lumpur. Thaipusam, which is celebrated in honor of the Hindu god Lord Murugan, is an annual procession by Hindu devotees seeking blessings, fulfilling vows and offering thanks.
