In the US, "international food" is pretty commonplace. Most cities have Indian food trucks, Korean barbecue — you name it. 

But what about "chifa"? It's all the rage in one South American city, where Asian immigrants have brought a dose of Chinese and Japanese flavors to the country's staple foods.
