Sandy Destroys Cars Boosting Used Car Market

The flood waters from Sandy destroyed thousands of cars along the Northeastern corridor. The losses are being felt for stranded drivers, who are inevitably flooding the used car marked. Used car business are feeling the impact all the way to California.
