Three friends of the younger Boston Marathon bombing suspect have been charged in connection with the case. Federal authorities say the three 19-year-olds are charged with conspiring to obstruct of justice, and making false statements to federal investigators. They're accused of removing Dzhokhar Tsarnaev's backpack from his dorm room at the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth, and trying to get rid of it.
