Rick Santorum has suspended his campaign for the Republican presidential nod, leaving the Republican party with an obvious frontrunner in the form of Mitt Romney.
But Romney has his work cut out for him, especially when it comes to currying favor with social conservatives and winning a level of enthusiasm beyond the old “better than Obama” moniker.
