This morning, there are reports of heaving fighting 50 miles southwest of Tripoli. The clashes are between rebel forces and troops loyal to Moammar Gadhafi. The International Criminal Court is expected to decide on whether or not to issue an arrest warrant for Gadhafi and one of his sons, on charges of crimes against humanity.
