The Arab Spring may not have blown through Saudi Arabia in any evident way, but small changes and protests are taking place.   For the past few days, a woman has been driving openly around the city of Jeddah. It is legal for women to drive, but society does not allow it, says Najla Hariri, who is believed to be the only female driving openly in a major Saudi city, though some women are occasionally understood to drive in desert areas.
