When the United Nations voted to institute a no-fly zone over Libya, President Obama emphasized that the United States would not deploy ground troops in the conflict. But while there may not be American armed forces on the ground, The New York Times has learned that Central Intelligence Agency officials have been working in Libya for weeks, in an operation unknown to the American public –  until now. Mark Mazzetti, National Security correspondent for The New York Times, broke the story. He joins The Takeaway to tell us more about what the CIA has been doing in Libya.
