Defense Secretary Robert Gates, his predecessor Donald Rumsfeld, and the Pentagon were all served with a federal class-action lawsuit Tuesday. They are charged with ignoring reports of sexual harassment against women in the military and contributing to an environment where such behaviour is tolerant. The plaintiffs claim this violated their Constitutional rights.
