David Cameron now Britain's new Prime Minister

The World
British Prime Minister Gordon Brown announced his resignation yesterday, opening the door of 10 Downing Street for Conservative leader David Cameron to step in. Cameron's Conservative Party coalition with the Liberal Democrats is the first power sharing deal between the two in history, as well as the first coalition government in Britain in 70 years. For an update we are joined by Paddy O'Connell, host of BBC's Broadcasting House. And to help translate what's going on in the U.K. for us Americans is Sarah Lyall, author of The Anglo Files: A Field Guide to the British.
