After Guantanamo

The Taliban’s new operations officer in southern Afghanistan was living elsewhere until recently. He was a detainee at Guant-namo Bay. The BBC’s Security Correspondent Frank Gardner says the case highlights the threat posed by the release of some Gitmo inmates.
