It's also home to a growing number of Latino immigrants. They're drawn here by the construction and service jobs at nearby ski resorts. In fact, "Garcia's Cafe" is one of the first businesses you come to as you drive into this town on Highway 133.
We were looking for a town in the Colorado Rockies, not far from Aspen.
The area's known more for ski resorts than Mexican grocery stores.
But that's changing, as Latino immigrants are drawn here by construction and service jobs.
The answer is Carbondale, Colorado, where Garcia's Cafe is a popular hangout for the newcomers.
