It can be hard to admit to being overwhelmed, and needing help. Especially in cultures where talk therapy isn’t common — or might even be taboo. A scientist in Thailand says he’s got a novel way to identify people who are quietly struggling with anxiety. All he needs is a sample of their sweat.
