Three days after the White House announced that the US would take majority control of a huge portion of Venezuela’s oil reserves, critical questions about the agreement remain unanswered. Jorge Piñón, a former oil executive now at the University of Texas at Austin, tells The World’s Host Marco Werman that he questions whether a deal actually exists.
