Federal judge blocks Trump’s attempt to bar foreign students from Harvard

A federal judge has blocked the Trump administration from revoking Harvard University’s ability to enroll international students. A temporary restraining order now stops the government from pulling Harvard’s certification with the Student and Exchange Visitor Program, which allows schools to host international students with visas.
